Steven was born and raised in Kansas City, having grown up in Overland Park. After years in sales, he decided to change careers and focus on his true passion; Cooking. In 2014, he graduated from L'Ecole Culinaire with an Associates Degree in Restaurant Management. From there, he worked for some of the best chefs in Kansas City, included James Beard winners Michael Foust, Celina Tio, and Carl Thorne-Thomsen. Always reaching for the next big opportunity, Steven was instrumental in the opening of numerous local restaurants, such as Zephyr Bourbon Bar, Of Course, and William Coy's in Maryville, MO.
After a decade in the industry, Chef Steven has embarked on his most ambitious venture yet; Starting his own Personal Chef business.
